Privacy
Short version: your document is visible only to whoever holds its link, we record when it is opened so your agent knows it arrived, and nothing here is sold or shared with advertisers.
What a document contains
A document is prepared for one property and one owner. It may include your name, the property address, our appraisal or pricing advice, marketing recommendations and fees, and during a campaign, buyer activity and market comparisons.
Who can see it
Each document has its own unguessable address. It is not listed, not indexed by search engines, and not linked from anywhere on this site. Anyone who has the link can open it, so please treat the link as you would the document itself.
What we record
- When a document is opened, so your agent knows it was received. We do not record how long you spend on it or which parts you read.
- Any response you send from the document, such as accepting a proposal or adding an appointment to your calendar.
- The technical logs any web server keeps for a short period, used only to keep the service running.
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics networks or third-party cookies. A cookie is set only if a document is protected by a passcode, to remember that you have entered it.
How long we keep it
A document stays available for the period it is useful to you and your agent, and is retired when the campaign is over or on request. Ask your agent, or contact us below, to have a document taken down.
